Friday, October 16th, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (vehicles allowed inside 8:00 am till noon )
Saturday, October 17th, 7:00 am – 9:00 am; Doors locked at 6:00 pm
Sunday, October 18th, 7:00 am – 9:00 am; Move out 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Notes
Key things to note about purchasing vendor tables at this event:
- Products for sale should be geared to higher fidelity scale modelers. Examples would be detail parts, research materials, higher end SCALE models.
- Sponsoring the event at Silver or higher comes with free vendor tables, power, and registrations. Please see the Sponsorship page.
- If you would like to donate a door prize this will make you Bronze Sponsor. Please fill out a Sponsor form for this.
- Tables are $30/each and power is available for $15/vendor.
- You can purchase your lunch and dinner options on the vendor form. You do not have to fill out a registration form.
